All orders are shipped from the Netherlands via Post NL.

Shipping within the Netherlands: €6,95

Shipping to Belgium and Luxemburg and Germany: €10,95

International shipping: €19,95

Free shipping on orders over €135 within The Netherlands and over €150 on International orders.

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number

Please note: During busy periods (such as drops and holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

All tags and packaging are intact
How to return
an item:

Email us at diasporan.dan@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return

We will provide you with the return address and instructions

Send the item back within 7 days after your return request has been approved

Once we receive the item in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 7 business days

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered
